Honey Garlic Pork Balls


Honey Garlic Pork Balls
2 lbs lean ground pork
½ cup onion, finely chopped
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 egg beaten
3 tbsps ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 bottle Diana Honey Garlic Sauce


How to make it

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Mix together onion, garlic, egg, ketchup, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and ground pork. Form into balls and place on cookie sheet.
Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until meatballs are browned. 
Place cooked pork balls into a casserole dish, reduce oven to 350, cover with Honey Garlic Sauce. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until sauce is hot and bubbling.
